Become a Member

Full membership costs £500 +VAT per calendar year, with a reduced rate of £250+VAT for SAP customers who only use SAP Business One.

Becoming a member of the SAP UK & Ireland User Group is a straightforward, quick and easy process, which is broken down into a number of stages, taking only a couple of minutes to complete.

You will be asked to complete the following sections:

      • Page 1: Company details
      • Page 2: Primary contact details
      • Page 3: Membership type (trial or full)

at this point you will be asked whether you want to apply for a Trial (restricted) membership or whether you would like a full membership. If you select trial membership, your application is now complete. If you require a full membership, you will be asked to complete the following sections:

      • Page 4: Billing contact details
      • Page 5: Payment method (credit card or invoice)
Once you have submitted your details, you will receive a confirmation message, your application will be added to an authorisation queue and our support team will receive an e-mail notifying them of your application. We will review your application and you will receive an email from us either accepting or denying your membership application within two working days.
If your membership is confirmed the email will contain your login details and some brief instructions on how to obtain the most benefit from the User Group website.

Alternatively, if your company is already a member of the SAP UK & Ireland User Group, you can either ask the registered primary contact for your organisation to create you an account, or click on the button below to apply yourself.

If your application is successful, we will register your details against your company's membership and inform both you and the primary contact of your registration.
