Hotel and Travel Information
The Hilton Birmingham Metropole is a 4 star hotel within the NEC complex and just 5 minutes drive from Birmingham International Railway Station and the M42 motorway. Meeting rooms and some bedrooms are wheelchair accessible.
The Hilton is the chosen conference venue and one of three hotels we shall be using for accommodation during this event. Accommodation will be allocated on a first-come first-serve basis and once SAP UK & Ireland User Group’s allocation for accommodation at the Hilton is full, the Crowne Plaza NEC will be used.
Your accommodation hotel will be advised in your delegate confirmation pack, which will be posted to you 2-3 weeks prior to the event.

Hotel Transportation
The hotel offers a courtesy bus service to and from Birmingham International Airport and Birmingham International Railway Station. The bus leaves the hotel on the hour and half hour. Guests should use the courtesy telephone situated in both locations to call and ask for the bus to collect them.
Please note a courtesy bus is also provided between satellite hotels and the Hilton on Monday 20 and Tuesday 21 of November both at the start of the day, after the conference closes and prior to and post the Conference Dinner.

Located adjacent to the National Exhibition Centre, beside Pendigo Lake. The hotel is accessible by road, rail and air.
Parking
The hotel has approximately 700 car parking spaces for use by guests on a first come first served basis.
