The purpose of this presentation is to examine the role of end-user training within a business systems implementation and the particular challenges faced by training teams. The session will look at the different stages of a training programme and how these can best be integrated with project activities and the wider business. It will also look at three of the main challenges to successful training, namely: how to make it effective, how to keep pace with an evolving design and how to develop a confident and capable workforce.
