Within the ED&S sales order process it was becoming more apparent that we needed to eliminate waste from the process, due to the way the business worked we had up to 10 touch points for each document we received. This will show the process we used to identify the best solution within our business, using the Esker DeliveryWare solution in conjunction with SAP eliminated waste and improved our order processing cycle times whilst eliminating the traditional faxed document.
