James Appleby is Chief Executive of Bluefin Solutions. For the last five years, he has used the Balanced Scorecard as a key tool to help him grow Bluefin to be a major UK SAP Consultancy, taking substantial market share in a mature and competitive market. Bluefin use the full SAP suite to run their business (ERP, HR, CRM and BI). James will describe how he uses the balanced scorecard, management cockpits and business intelligence tools to help run the business, and the role that SAP technologies play in this ensuring that Bluefin is agile, lean and responsive to customer needs.
