| The Novotel London West will be the home of the SAP UK & Ireland User Group Conference 2008. Novotel London West One Shortlands London W6 8DR T: +44 (0)208 741 1555 Novotel London West is situated in Hammersmith, just a few miles from London Heathrow Airport and the M4 motorway. The hotel has 32 meeting rooms and 630 bedrooms in total and thus offers excellent accommodation for the SAP UK & Ireland User Group Conference in its first year in London, keeping all delegates together in one venue for this event. |

There is secure underground parking at the hotel for up to 240 cars, charged at the reduced rate of £1 per hour to all SAP UKI User Group delegates. Also, within 5 minutes’ walk, Kings Mall Car Park with 1000 spaces, charged at £0.80 up to 2 hours, £1.00 2-3 hours, £2.00 3-4 hours, £5.50 4-6 hours, £7.50 6-9 hours, £11.00 9-12 hours, £15.00 12-16 hours and £22.50 16-24 hours.
Rail

Underground
Piccadilly, District and Hammersmith lines run to Hammersmith Tube Station, which is just a 3 minute walk from the Hotel.

Travel Recommendation
We feel that we should all do our best to reduce our carbon emissions and therefore suggest that, where possible, you avoid travel by car and instead rely on the excellent public transport available in London. There is an added benefit to your pocket as well as you avoid congestion, emissions and car parking charges! Thank you.
Accommodation
The full conference package (Early Bird and Standard rates) includes accommodation for Monday 10th November 2008, as well as refreshments and meals during the conference programme. You may book additional nights when you register, but these will be at an additional cost to you.

At the conference venue, Novotel London West, bedrooms will be offered to delegates on a first come first served basis. Further accommodation will then be offered to delegates at the Hilton London Olympia which is just 20 minutes’ walk from the conference and just 10 minutes’ drive – a shuttle bus service will be provided to transport guests between venues throughout the conference programme hours and for the gala evening. There is an NCP car park beneath the hotel with direct access. Charges are £7.80 for up to 2 hours, £14.00 for up to 4 hours, £20.00 for up to 6 hours, £22.00 for up to 9 hours, £25.00 for up to 12 hours and £32.00 for up to 24 hours. There is a height restriction of 1.8 metres.
Rail
