The Manchester Central Convention Complex is situated right in the heart of Manchester, just nine miles from Manchester International Airport and a short drive from the M602 motorway. The world class venue has 2 large exhibition halls, a modern tiered auditorium and a multitude of breakout rooms which make it the ideal venue for the UK & Ireland SAP User Group Conference, in its second year in Manchester.

This year we have an allocation of rooms available at the Midland Hotel, conveniently situated across the road from Manchester Central. We are very pleased to be able to offer, exclusively to our delegates, discounted bed and breakfast rates of £120 + VAT per room per person on Sunday, 18th November and Monday, 19th November 2012.

Travel Recommendation
Manchester is a busy city featuring many one-way streets!
Furthermore, with consideration for the climate may we suggest that, where possible, you avoid traveling by car and choose the excellent public transport available in and around Manchester. There is an added benefit to your pocket as well as you can avoid unnecessary car parking charges! Thank you.

Parking
Manchester Central has a 720 space NCP car park which is open and manned 24 hours a day directly beneath the venue, providing easy access for all visitors. An additional 200 space car park is situated to the rear of the venue. Further car parking is available within a short walk of the venue. Charges at the venue start from £5.00 up to 2 hours and £8.70 for up to 24 hours.
Rail

Metrolink (the Tram)
If you are catching a train the metro is by far the most effective way to reach Manchester Central. Trams leave every 6 minutes from 07:15 to 19:30 and stop directly outside Manchester Central (referred to as Deansgate-Castlefield on the tram maps).
