Jon Wood from SAP will present to the group Enterprise Support - Increased Commitment for Customer Solutions. This presentation will provide an overview of Enterprise Support and how to drive an effective and optimised SAP landscape in operations.
Craig Dale from the SAP UK & Ireland User Group will then give an update on what the User Group has accomplished on your behalf and what our currently plans are in his presentation entitled Enterprise Support: User Group Position.
The SIG Chair, Andrew Lapham will deliver the presentation, Leveraging your 'SAP CRM' Investment. A review within the SAP CRM SIG Membership has identified the areas of SAP CRM that have been implemented successfully and looked at the benefits achieved and the key factors contributing to their success.
A discussion of the findings of this review give a useful insight into where to focus early efforts in your CRM Programme, what real business benefits are possible and how to make sure of success.
There will then be an opportunity for you to bring along your thoughts, problems or questions for discussion with the group in our Open Forum session.
Craig Dale will present to the group an update on the 2008 Conference.
Chris Horne from Capgemini will deliver the presentation, Bang for your CRM Buck. This presentation will include, how do you ensure that your are getting the best from your CRM investment in the current climate and 'maximising bang for your buck'? Presentation will include some practical examples of how investing in CRM has helped organisations get closer to their customers in difficult times.
