The hands on session will cover the initial deployment of a C4C system with a run through of initial scoping requirements and fine tuning for the business requirement. There will then be the chance to configure the basic system settings followed by the configuration of a number of more advanced features such as user interface configuration and reporting. Finally, you will be able to get an insight in to some of the latest C4C developments from SAP such as deal scoring and an overview from the 1711 release.

Access to a cloud tenant will be provided on the day but attendees should bring their own laptops, with Google Chrome installed, to work on.
