Director, People Systems
I am responsible for the delivery, management and improvement of People Systems, including SuccessFactors, SAP HR and Peoplefluent. I lead a team who, over the last couple of years, have successfully delivered multiple modules of SuccessFactors Talent System globally, with team developing the skills required to support and administer independently. We are currently in the process of kicking off a project to implement Employee Central and Onboarding.
I have 20 years of SAP experience, and previously worked in a variety of HR roles: developing and delivering sales and negotiation training, management and leadership training, HR business partner role, and leading and managing the L&D team.
