BT Group
Mark Holmes Profile Image
Mark is now the head of Enterprise Architect team that looks after B2E & FES across the whole of BT, including EE. Represented EE architecturally during the initial phase of the BT acquisition together with the Head of Enterprise Architect.

Before the EE integration, he was a Business Analyst and started in 2001 for Orange.
He got increasingly involved in determining the solution for the Orange and T-Mobile merge that formed Everything Everywhere. He became Enterprise Architect managing a team of Solutions Architect in 2009.
His domain covers the entire ERP system (not just HR, Finance, and Supply Chain).

During this time, he worked on a variety of projects and areas while with Orange/EE/BT typically (but not limited to) the end-to-end sales journeys, aftersales (faults, replacements etc), activation experience and the initial SOA deployment.

He was involved in outlining some of the key architectural choices/decisions in the launch of EE, including migration to EE and simplifying the stock situation within Retail stores.
