“Why Buy a house and Sleep in the Garden?” With the acquisition and integration of Ariba, SAP now offers a comprehensive suite of Source to Pay solutions across both on-premise and on-demand. This session explores the options and factors that influences the optimum architecture using real world examples to demonstrate the points made.
The purpose of this session is to:
- Discuss the options available to running hybrid source to pay solutions in the cloud and integrated to On-Premise SAP applications
- Outline examples were customers have successfully deployed a Hybrid model
- Outline the different factors our clients are using to making key decision on choosing the appropriate strategy.
Vicki Hunter from Honda will present Source to Pay transformation with SAP at Honda Europe.
Over the last few years, Honda has undertaken a root and branch overhaul of its entire Source to Pay process using SAP solutions. This session explores that journey, looking in particular at how SAP and Ariba has been leveraged to deliver against the requirements.
The purpose of this session is to:
- Share the procurement transformation journey that Honda has been on over the past two years to put in place highly integrated SAP solutions
- Discuss the different solutions in detail including SAP Spend Performance Management, SAP Sourcing, SRM, SLC and SAP Invoice Management and how they are integrated to deliver benefits and improved visibility
- Finally, discuss the key lessons learned from the project
