The SUG SIG for Public Sector have been invaluable in the honest feedback. As a result the SAP Public Sector team have been rebuilt in response to requests for improvement. At this meeting we will share the changes, the new team and how we feel this will have a positive impact on our ongoing relationships. This is also your chance to feedback and contribute to the ongoing development of SAP’s Public Sector strategy for 2016 and beyond.

Matthew Watkins from SAP, working with Gloucestershire County Council will discuss Maximising Your Enterprise Support

Sean O’Callaghan from SAP will present Digital Platform for Public Sector

Robyn Brentley from UKISUG will discuss What's New for 2016!

Scott Butler from Sunderland City Council will present Meet the SAP Developers – Feedback

Cheryl Chambers from Gloucester County Coucil will present Performing in the Public Sector

The pressure in the Public Sector to continue delivering high quality services with substantially fewer resources has been unrelenting.  Following budget reductions of over 40% the shared service centre in Gloucestershire County Council needed a step change and a new approach to service delivery.  In April 2015 we began a journey to completely transform the way we work on a daily basis, introducing “Perform” from PWC.  Experience this new approach yourself to discover how the culture has changed and how staff feel empowered, motivated, focussed and most of all supported to achieve their very best.   Sessions last for 1 ½ hours commencing at 8.30am or 3pm
