The next generation of the Innovation Control Center

The Innovation Control Center (ICC) approach is an extended offering for SAP Premium Engagement Customers. It exists for some years already and has proven to be valuable in many successful implementation projects. The ICC concept helps customers to accelerate continuous business innovation along with supporting a cost-effective and smooth implementation by establishing best-practices early in the game. The ICC approach consists of the three core elements: Innovation Discovery, Innovation Acceleration and Innovation Safeguarding. The next generation of the Innovation Control Center focuses even more on simplification and innovation as it enables Co- Innovation between customer and SAP.
