Hear how British American Tobacco have transformed their HR function streamlining a global organisation with SuccessFactors & OpenText.
As one of the leading global tobacco companies and with operations in more than 180 countries, BAT identified a need to significantly update their HR function. The transformation program that followed saw the introduction of new IT infrastructure (SuccessFactors, OpenText, Cherwell and SharePoint) to support the centralisation of the HR operation – rationalising the previous practice of local HR support and providing a self-service and shared service function across the entire company. The program is providing a transition from manual, often paper-based processes with high levels of localisation to a digital solution following standard global processes, which incorporates automation where possible. The entire solution is delivered via a cloud platform.
Andy Straw from British American Tobacco will be speaking about their SuccessFactors Implementation experience and lessons learnt.
You will also have the opportunity to network with experts at SAP and other customers and to be influenced in your HR transformation initiative.
Natasha Robinson from SAP will present HR’s Journey to the Cloud. This session is designed specifically for HCM On Premise clients who are looking to transition their Core HR, Payroll and Talent Management systems to the Cloud. Understand the key benefits of transitioning to the cloud, learn what your options are on deployment and the key differences between implementing On Premise and Cloud solutions.
We hope to see you there!
