The University of Leicester over the years has taken many approaches to managing reactive and planned maintenance, utilising different systems, all with varying degrees of success, in this session Andrew will talk about the approaches taken, their successes, failures and drivers for moving on. Andrew will then discuss the approach the University is now taking which will ultimately lead them back to SAP PM and hopefully a degree of stability, security and efficiency.

  • Planned maintenance
  • Breakdown maintenance
  • Projects

A ‘Big 6’ Energy giant supercharges SAP Plant Maintenance Master Data processes, generating major improvements through a suite of integrated Real-Time ‘Intelligent Form’ based Solutions (with help from AG Consultancy & Apps Ltd)

See how AG helped a forward thinking ‘Big 6’ Energy giant achieve major gains, harnessing an innovative approach for managing SAP Plant Maintenance Master Data. Following a successful initial pilot, a suite of 60+ SAP PM Master Data Intelligent Forms were commissioned, driving process governance, automation & efficiencies. The suite of Winshuttle based solutions remove duplication and waste from business processes, allowing valuable resources to focus on core business activities. Completion time for Plant Maintenance Master Data creation and maintenance has been reduced from weeks to minutes – with robust Governance for Data Quality standards built in.

AG will also share some details of how similar benefits have been realised at other forward thinking AG clients such as BP, Centrica & The Bodyshop - and how similar benefits can be achieved quickly and cost effectively for almost any SAP process. Join us at this SIG event to learn how AG’s innovative approach and user friendly solutions deliver significant benefits to the management, maintenance & governance of SAP Plant Maintenance data.
