This meeting is being held in SAP UK, Clockhouse Place.

I would like to introduce myself, I am the new Chair of the Implementation and Support SIG my boss (the Vice Chair of the User Group Alan Bowling) persuaded me to help with the re-launch of this SIG. I have worked for Northern Foods for a number of years initially in manufacturing and more recently as the Business Systems Director primarily responsible for SAP Support)

It is now sometime since the Implementation & Support SIG met and we thought that we would take the opportunity to restart this forum with a session on Business Continuity a subject that has implications for all of us, in addition we would like to use this meeting to discuss what people would like from future sessions and the conference that will be held later this year.

We will be looking for volunteers to host future meetings and present on subjects that are of interest to the group, so please come along ready to volunteer and take part.

If anyone has an experience of utilising Business Continuity principles or responding to a disaster that you would be willing to discuss on the day please let us know we will incorporate you to the agenda thanks.

We hope you will be able to join us.
