This meeting is kindly being hosted at the University Of Abertay in Dundee and is being sponsored by Atos Origin.

We will learn how the University of Abertay use SAP within their organisation and how the benefit from it.

Steve Perrott will give a brief outline of the project to implement SAP Payroll for monthly employees at FMC Technologies and will describe why they chose the SAP solution, how they chose a partner, how they structured and ran the project and what their challenges and issues were.

Ian Burtenshaw will cover HMRCs four main areas of ESS and a brief description on how they use MSS

Alisanne Ennis will present to the group on Flexible BenefitsAdministration - how difficult can it be? She will discuss how Flexible Benefits is part of the standard SAP HCM solution and how GB FlexBens is not an additional product. She will address some of the key design faults and learn how to avoid some of the common mistakes.

We will also be joined by Matthew Spicer of SAP UK who will give a demonstration on SAP Productivity Pak. How SAP Productivity Pak by RWD can help business overcome challenges such as complex and diverse business applications, business process consistency a rapidly changing workforce.
