Customer Success through well delivered projects discussion hosted by SAP’s Quality Team.

Quality Awards winners will also be presenting at the event, discussing their challenges and lessons learnt in their implementations – and how they used Quality principles. The presenters include:

  1. Louise Porter, HR Business Ops Manager at Tata Steel
  2. James Holmes, SAP Programme Manager at Greggs Plc

SAP Industry Value Engineers will present Thinking Beyond The Horizon, Widen your expectations to get more from your investments.

During the event there will be parallel sessions running with SAP. This will be an opportunity to ask questions to the SAP experts. The SAP representatives presenting or available for questions during the Parallel Sessions will include:

  • SAP CEEs (Customer Engagement Managers) for C4C, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur
  • Representatives from SAP’s Partner Management and Alliance teams.

The SAP Active Quality Management Team (AQM) is part of SAP’s Customer & Strategy Office. It is managed regionally (e.g. from EMEA). The team help SAP customers & partners achieve successful delivery of SAP projects through proactive & reactive means. They hold regular alignment calls with partners. Promoting quality principles & best practice. The team can arrange “Secure Success services”/engagements by SAP to help steer projects towards success – services such as Project Start-up services, Early Warning Health Checks, Go-Live Checks, Criteria to help Partner Selection and Project Steering Group attendance. When they do occur, the team help manage customer escalations and complaints to successful outcome & identify improvements from all parties. AQM are not a “Complaints department” but instead aim to be independent - with customer success as their prime focus. AQM also organises and runs the annual SAP Quality Awards to celebrate success, learn from the best & promote customer and SAP brands. The team collaborate with UKISUG to learn from and spread awareness to UKISUG members. In some countries they have established or are working towards Customer Success Offices to liaise more closely with SAP software customers even where implemented by partners.
