Please note you will need to bring your own laptop with you to take part in this training session
Extension Fields – What are they and how can they benefit you?
Extension fields are additional fields that administrators can add to your SAP ByDesign system. Once created the field can then be added to other screens, form templates, analytical data sources and reports, and so on.
You may not be an administrator but this session will show you what’s possible and how your job could be made easier or your reporting more effective by having the simple things added, including that elusive … if only I could have ….
Utilising Analytics with ByDesign
As well as creating new reports and views to visualise your data, we’ll also show you how to:
Design Data Sources – make sure you get the information you want and Design KPI’s so you get them in the format you want.
Make sure you never forget that important report by Scheduling Reports and learn how to visualise everything you’ve done on SAP’s Business in Focus App
Integrating ByDesign with Microsoft Outlook®
Join our live demo session on SAP ByDesign’s Microsoft Outlook® Integration and find out how you can exchange information between Microsoft Outlook and the CRM application of your system.
Allowing you to synchronize your contacts, e-mails, appointments, and tasks to and from Outlook; as well as creating service requests in the system from incoming e-mails; and associate e-mails, tasks and appointments with SAP Business ByDesign accounts, campaigns, opportunities, and leads.
