Robin Cloke from GP Batteries will deliver a presentation on B1 into a small company which has a multi national parent. This presentation will review the issues of integrating B1, the selection of SAP partner, installation and progress toward a fully functions integrated software package

Dipan Shah from SAP will discuss SAP Support, covering the support processes for the SAP Business One Channel Partner Community including.

  • The infrastructure of SAP Support
  • What happens when a partner logs a call with SAP Support
  • What is the role of Development Support

Jane Augustin from SAP willpresent Product / Development Feedback to the group.

Joel Harris from SAP will also discuss available Help Portals which will enable you to find out what information you as a customer have access to within the SAP Business One Customer Portal including:

  • The SAP Business One knowledge base
  • The Docuementation Resource Centre
  • E-learning for SAP Business One

Craig Dale from the SAP UK & Ireland User Group will provide a demonstration of the User Group website concentrating on:

  • Business One resource page
  • Discussion Forum

and will also look forward to the Business One SIG in 2008, where he will cover SIG dates, along with requirements for the group to grow and provide more benefit to members.
