Graeme McNaught our Project Systems SIG Chair will be delivering an update on his recent visit to SAP Headquarters in Germany. Briefing on latest plans from the SAP PPM developers encompassing Project System.

Ian Grange from SAP will present Ultimate Project Performance via the Digital Boardroom and SAP Analytics Cloud.

Get a real-time view into project performance – either from the top, or in the detail. This session is focused on how you can immediately see the status of your projects, understand their profitability and risks and be equipped to drive strategic decisions within an instant. An interactive and hands-on session, it will demonstrate how the Digital Boardroom and SAP Analytics Cloud can empower ‘doing’ in your business.

Graeme McNaught will deliver the latest SAP Influencing update. An overview of the current round of suggestions submitted to the Project System development team for consideration of incorporation into PS.

Guy Spaven from SAP will present a PPM update/reminder session. An overview of the current round of suggestions submitted to the Project System development team.

The event will include a discussion on choosing and configuring external tools to operate with SAP PS/ERP.

This session will be an open discussion on the task of choosing and linking external tools, particularly planning and risk tools. The challenge is to somehow leverage the highly integrated SAP toolset (i.e. only one version of the truth) with an ability to create, view and analyse scenarios at both micro and macro levels before incorporating as the baseline within SAP. This session will lead into the final and more general session on all things Projects/Programmes/Portfolios:

Ask the experts Q&A session with Guy Spaven from SAP, Leonardo & Qinetiq.

This is your opportunity to both quiz and contribute to the knowledge pool of designing, deploying and operating an effective PPM/PS solution in your organisation(S).
