89% of adults connect to the internet every day, the pressure is now on payroll teams to deliver consumer-grade online experiences within the workplace. It can be tempting to want to find the quickest and 'perceived' low-cost solutions, however these can often compromise security. So how can payroll teams meet this challenge?
This session will cover:
- The pressures of being digital in the workplace
- The options for presenting employee communications online
- How to identify security risks
During this session, Epay expert, Karensa Maton, will discuss the different channels that can be used to securely communicate pay documents online. Valerie Metcalfe, Head of Payroll at Sodexo, will discuss first-hand experience of taking the decision to provide epayslips.
There will be plenty of time for your questions about communicating pay to employees at the end of the session.
The SIG will include an open forum discussion on the Gender Pay Gap solution and how people have got on with GDPR solutions.
Please note this SIG is limited to one place per organisation, if you would like to register a second place please register on our waiting list which will be reviewed 1 week before the event.
