Registration commences at 09:30 and the event will begin at 10:00 with a proposed finish time of 15:30.
The Chair, Fred Rennison from Yorkshire Water will begin the meeting with an introduction and welcome, and review of the Minutes and Actions arising from the last meeting on the 12th September 2007.
Craig Dale from the SAP UK & Ireland User Group will give a short review of the 2007 User Group Conference.
The User Group Development Request Co-ordinator, Lynn Farrell from the London Borough of Southwark, will provide an update of the current position regarding Development Requests.
For the core presentation of the morning, Maureen Gregoryfrom SAP UK and IE Payroll will present and take questions on her SAP Update. This particular update is always of keen interest to Payroll Users as it includes details of HMRC End-of-Year / Start-of-Year requirements and related SAP deliverables. Maureen will be supported by other SAP colleagues.
Before breaking for lunch and an opportunity for you to network with your peers, Fred Rennison will lead the Group through selecting the topics that will then be discussed in Breakout Sessions during the afternoon. Topics will only be decided and finalised by the Group as a whole at this time. So if you have anything that you want to discuss with other Group members and you would like it to be considered for a session then either drop an e-mail directly to Fred at firstname.lastname@example.org or post a reply against the topic that is currently open in theSAPUser Group WebsitePayroll Discussion Forum,please note you will need to be loggedonwith your username and password. After the lunch, which is very kindly provided by SAP (UK), members will return to join a Breakout Session of their choice for in-depth discussion, debate, learning and knowledge sharing. These sessions are intended to be participative and are expected to be detailed and lively.
