The theme for this SIG is maintenance reporting and KPIs, so you can expect to:

  • Learn what other companies (including Goodyear and Bombardier) are reporting from SAP-PM and how
  • Share your maintenance reporting challenges and get feedback from others in a roundtable session
  • Hear some of the experiences from Capgemini
  • Get the latest updates direct from SAP about their analytics solutions relevant to this area

This event will be focus on Analytics and Reporting.

Hear from sponsors and hosts Capgemini who will introduce their Digital Control Room concept

David Allison from Capgemini will present on his experience of the journey to advanced analytics. Hear how a typical manufacturing client is addressing their business and technology challenges to define their advanced analytics roadmap, and specifically the tools they are using to do so.

They will also take the opportunity to introduce you to Capgemini’s Digital Control Room concept.

Paul Consterdine from Goodyear will deliver a session on Reporting for Asset Management. Exploring Key metrics used, daily summary reports and deep drill down for failing components. How detailed structures help identify problem areas.

Duncan Hicks from Bombardier will present a Introduction to Maintenance KPI’s at Bombardier.

Current KPI’s and systems used within the UK Service Division for the management of maintenance.

Michael Abbott, SAP will deliver Real-Time Operations Room for Maintenance, How SAP enable live operational analysis from high-level KPIs to granular detail for effective service management and predictive maintenance

Richard Wilkins the MSM SIG Chair will present an Influencing Update.
