Absoft are your sponsors for the day and will present to you Optimising your SAP estate during ‘run and maintain’

Many organisations are in a ‘run and maintain’ phase with their SAP estates whilst they contemplate their potential future move to SAP S/4HANA. During this phase of run and maintain there can be a tendency to minimise change even though your landscapes may be cumbersome, and your use of SAP has changed markedly since your initial implementation. Run and maintain doesn’t have to mean ‘requires no attention’ though, and time spent simplifying your estate now can pay dividends when it comes to the evolution of your systems in the future.

Sunderland City Council will share with you their story of the work which they have undergone with Absoft.

Taking a look at the on-going Absoft / Sunderland CC SAP optimisation project. Implementing Self Service within the HR/Payroll & Procurement services and introducing mobility via Fiori applications

Gloucester County Council will present a Schools Fiori landing page. Showing you what has been designed as a ‘one stop shop’ which enables their customers to have all relevant links to County Council Services in one place and improves their initial SAP experience. Links to Arch FLM eForms are included along with custom reports from SAP ECC. They will share the technical challenges faced on their journey so far and you’ll hear about their vision of how Fiori can be used in the future.

At the end of the day, Join a closed Members only Discussion around SAP licensing and support & maintenance.
