The Chair, Fred Rennison from Yorkshire Water will begin the meeting with an introduction and welcome, and review of theaction pointsarising from the last meeting on the 13th February 2008.
The User Group Development Request Co-ordinator, Lynn Farrell from the London Borough of Southwark, will provide an update of the current position regarding Development Requests.
Maureen Gregory from SAP UK will present and take questions on her SAP Update.
Ann Fisher from Zurich will present Workflow within Zurich. This presentation will give an update of Zurich's current use of Workflow to show how SAP and automation via ESS have reduced costs for Zurich HR, together with an insight into their future plans for implementing many more workflows in 2008.
Mark Mackensie fromROC will then deliver a presentation to the group Time & Attendance. This presentation will look at the multitude of ways in which time can be caputred and then evaluated by SAP. It will hightlight the benefits whichinclude reduced payroll costs and improved productivity, enhanced reporting and Time & Attendance monitoring in real-time. The presentation will include demonstrations of time caputre scenarios and evaluated results with drill down. Clocking devices will be on hand toillustrate the processes. A question and answer session will form part of the presentation.
After lunch Fred Rennison will deliver a Delegates Perspective from the ASUG 2008 Conference.
The final session ofthe day will be an opportunity for you to network with your peers, Fred Rennison will lead the Group through selecting the topics to be discussed at this Breakout / ProblemCorner session. So if you have anything that you want to discuss with other Group members and you would like it to be considered for a session then either drop an e-mail directly to Fred at [email protected] or post a reply against the topic that is currently open in the SAP User Group Website Payroll Discussion Forum, please note you will need to be logged on with your username and password. Alternatively you can raise it directly at the meeting. This sessionis intended to be participative andis expected to be detailed and lively.
