Craig Powell of Ballon One will present Warehouse Management for SAP Business One, which will be an overview and demonstration of the Accellos One Warehouse Management System (formerly Radio Beacon). He will discuss the 25 sites who have implemented Accellos One WMS here in the UK and you will be able to see the software in action.

Jonathan Schaffer of Plum Products will present Accellos One WMS providing juicy returns for Plum Products. Jonathan companys has been an SAP Business One user for over a year. At the same time as implementing SBO they also implemented Accellos One Warehouse Management. This presentation will take you through the lows and highs of their warehouse management implementation.

Steven Murry from SAP will present Business Objects Reporting Alternatives giving a brief overview on what is available for reporting with Business One i.e. Std reporting, XL Reporting and then a more focused session on Business Objects offerings to Business One customers.

There will be a Problem Corner session where you can bring your thoughts, problems or questions for discussion with the group

Joel Harris of SAP will provide a Tips and Tricks Session to help you get the most from Queries, Alerts and Formatted Searches. This session will give you an understanding of how queries work, how to use SAP Business One tools to construct them and get the information that you want. Learn how to use the queries you create to drive "Management by Exception" alerting and create formatted searches that minimize user error and add efficiency to your processing.

Nicola Carlaw of SAP will share theCustomer Success Programme with you. Last year, SAP UKI appointed a Head of Customer Success to drive customer satisfaction initiatives across the business. A Customer Success Council was additionally created made up of key SAP UKI representatives whose role it is to evaluate customer feedback and where appropriate, develop a set of initiatives to increase levels of customers satisfaction. This presentation will provide an overview of this initiative share current customer satisfaction results and the deliverables being executed to improve customer success.
