Chris Miles of Centrica Storage (CSL) - will share their journey to Asset Management Excellence. Learn how a fundamental change to the business (transitioning from being a core part of the UK Energy Security infrastructure to becoming a traditional competitive Off-Shore Oil & Gas Production business) led to major challenges and how CSL adapted evolving into the lean and high performing operator they are today.

Chris will also explain how their engineers previously battled to manage critical asset performance results, which was impacting their ability to keep up with the various internal and external requirements as well as leading to high maintenance costs. Hear how Smart Inspections – an SAP-certified add-on from AG - helped CSL to make it possible to capture this information directly in SAP. This saw a dramatic reduction in engineering data entry time by over 50%, while reducing errors, providing a full audit trail inside SAP and simultaneously providing rich data to support trending and paving the way for predictive maintenance.

Guy Clutten-Diesen from SAP will provide an overview of the latest solution offering for SAP Intelligent Asset Management which builds on ECC6 and S/4HANA maintenance management processes.
