Johan Boshoff and Richard Honnor of ROC will be delivering Optimising the Workforce. The SAP Workforce Management (WFM) solution addresses one of the fundamental business challenges - how to make sure that your employees are working in the right place at the right time. With increasingly flexible working practices being the norm, organizations need the tools to manage employees and workload effectively, and this is where SAP WFM offers a solution. Using industry proven algorithms to handle the complex optimization calculations, SAP WFM is able to generate a schedule that best matches employees time and skills with the needs of the organisation.

Craig Dale of the SAP UK & Ireland User Group will present a Conference Programme Update discussing latest programme information and details on the SAP User Group Conference in November.

The rest of the morning will be devoted to a Development and Best Practice Session. Do you have any Gaps in Functionality with your SAP? Bring a maximum of three issues you would like to be discussed with your SIG colleagues and Chair.

On the afternoon SAP will be available for a Development Request Focus Session. Using your discussions from the previous session, two or three problems will be chosen to be highlighted in further detail. With help from Key members of SAP these will be issued as Development Requests as appropriate. This time has purposely been set aside to discuss how SAP Retail Solution can be developed to encompass your business requests. This is your ideal opportunity to speak directly to members of the SAP team, Paul Shelley, Louise Stevenson and Richard Mills.
