The UX for SAP applications has changed enormously in recent years, and as new technologies emerge - chatbots, conversational UIs, augmented and virtual reality, robotic process automation - the UX will continue to evolve. In this two-day workshop, SAP will present their current UX strategy based on SAP Fiori 3, and cover the tools and services you need to build a modern UX for your SAP systems. The event is aimed at both developers and functional/business analysts.

Day 1 is for everyone and provides an overview of the UX strategy, some general UX tools, and will describe the importance of design-led development and the design thinking process.

Day 2 is split into technical and design streams. The technical stream will consist primarily of hands-on exercises covering the building of SAP Fiori applications and adapting existing applications, SAP Fiori elements, SAP Fiori launchpad, UI Theme Designer, and building mobile apps. The design stream will work on a UX challenge, based on user research and understanding the problem space, storyboarding, UI prototyping and more.
