SAP Portfolio and Project Management for Asset Lifecycle Management

This session will focus on how SAP PPM (Portfolio and Project Management) integrated with other EAM-solutions such as PS (Project Systems) and PM (Plant Maintenance) can help organisations to manage and optimize their assets through their whole lifecycle.

This session will be in the form of a product presentation that will give a high-level overview of the Portfolio and Project Management processes in SAP, which involves:

• Portfolio Management
• Project Management
• Resource Management
• Integration with PS, PM and Finance

After covering the SAP PPM fundamentals, we’ll take a dive into the role of SAP PPM in Asset Lifecycle Management, which is mainly focused on supporting organisations to optimise ‘Asset Investment Planning’ and Budgeting processes.

The session will end with a demo where we can showcase the SAP PPM functionality with a real-life use case, followed by Q&A.
