Sumeet Raval from Symtrax will present to the group Capitalise on SAP spool requests Reformat & distribute SAP spool data in PC formats, ex. Excel, PDF, Email, etc. A large amount of business critical information is held in spool files generated from the SAP System. Manual intervention is required to get this data from the spool files into PC formats and then time spent in reformatting the end document ex. an Excel spreadsheet, before distributing it to the end users. Compleo Suite, designed to connect directly to Output Devices on the SAP, can automatically take this business critical data from spool files, create a formatted end document and distribute via email or post it on the Intranet; without any manual intervention. Using Compleo Suite, templates can be defined for various types of spool outputs, from an easy-to-use GUI and a Windows PC. During this presentation, Sumeet Raval will explain how Compleo Suite can capitalise on SAP spool requests, followed by a live demonstration.

There will also be an opportunity for you to bring your thoughts, problems or questions for discussion with the group at our Problem Corner session.
