UKISUG and SAP are running a virtual hands on conversational AI workshop. The workshop will cover:
Throughout this 3 hour session you will learn all about SAP Conversational AI; from the reason SAP has been working with this technology to how it works, and with a hands-on section where you will make your first chatbot on the SAP Conversational AI platform.
To make sure you are able to create chatbots on the platform, we will first take you through how SAP Conversational AI chatbots work. Next, you will learn how to understand your users’ requests and expressions with Intents, then, how to reply to your users with Skills. At this stage you will also be working with live data from an SAP demo system.
SAP will show you how to deploy your chatbots to a number of services, including Fiori applications, web applications and messaging applications such as Telegram.
Once you have been testing your bot, you will explore how you can monitor its use and performance, and grow its capabilities.
The final topic of the day covers the business side of creating chatbots, and we will run through a set of questions to ensure that any bots you build remain relevant to your business throughout their lifecycle.
This session is aimed at members who want to understand more about SAP Conversational AI at a foundational level, or those who have used other chatbot tools and are interested in SAP’s platform. No development skills required, as the platform does not require them.
You will receive dial in details 24 hours before the event.
Aaron Ambrose and Dean Farrow from SAP have put together a document with hands on content for the Conversational AI session.
