The adoption of S/4HANA is happening at an ever increasing pace – the fastest adoption of any SAP product in history.

However, one of the main reasons why SAP ECC customers are not migrating to SAP S/4HANA at a faster pace is their lack the ability to create a strong business case. Transitioning an organisation to SAP S/4HANA requires considerable investment in effort, time & cost and managing business disruption.

Regardless of your starting point and systems, building a professional business case will help secure internal funding. Executive sponsorship needs assistance and is a task that SAP, as you can imagine has had great experience in doing. Mike Longden, S/4HANA programs EMEA North COE is sharing his experience of working with multiple clients in building SAP S/4HANA business cases and advising them with a value driven SAP S/4HANA adoption strategy.

The purpose of this session is to build a picture of the Business Information needed and the SAP tools and accelerators that can assist to build the Business Case for SAP S/4HANA.

The topics for the session will include:

  • Current Market Adoption of SAP S/4HANA
  • The Approach to Building the Business Case for SAP S/4HANA
  • The Identification of the Business Value Drivers and Pain Areas
  • Compiling baseline Assumptions and Benchmarks for the Business Case
  • Quantification of the Benefits and Cost Areas
  • Q&A discussion

On Friday 14th August we are running a post event S/4 HANA Clinic to re-cap on the Webinars and ask any further questions on the wider topic of SAP S/4HANA.
