The event focus being how COVID has impacted your maintenance.

Mars and Kinexon will talk about how wearable technology was applied very rapidly in Mars factories to ensure operations and maintenance staff were socially distancing. The approach provides operators with alerts when they are too close and enables tracing analysis afterwards.

Mark Pendery from SAP will cover the following items:

  • Covid-19 Maintenance Considerations
  • Mass Change of Maintenance Objects – brief overview of mass change capability to support changes to work instructions and technical objects
  • Permits – Overview of Permit capability to support addition alerts, warnings and mandatory safety information that will now be required in the maintenance process
  • Environment, Health & Safety Covid Update – Overview of how the SAP EHS capability can be used to support tracking, reporting and management of covid incidents
