After 10 years inside Diageo leading an extensive set of SAP transformation programmes as the Global Architecture lead, he moved into various SAP consulting leadership roles inside Capgemini, HP and HCL AXON, running a variety of SAP specialist and pre-sales teams across a diverse range of industries including Pharma, local government, the UN, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Financial institutions and Retail to name but a few. Ben also held the position of Head of Cloud Architecture within SAP and was a founding leader creating SAPs own private cloud business globally building it from zero to the second largest cloud business inside SAP working extensively across EMEA and the Americas. As CINO, Ben brings a wealth of experience into Lemongrass to drive the “Automation first” strategy for migrating, operating and innovating SAP on AWS.
