Our Ireland SIG provides an opportunity to have open discussions about challenges, projects and strategy – where our members can share ideas and experiences.

We understand how important networking at our face to face events is to you and since we can't get together in person right now, the session will start 30 minutes before the SIG commences so you can grab a coffee and have a virtual catch up with the SIG chairs and other attendees.

Has COVID19 accelerated your business transformation? The impact of the global COVID19 pandemic has been felt across all companies and public institutions. Not a single industry sector has been immune from its effects.

Andy Steer, VP and CTO of itelligence UK will share anecdotes of positive reactions in these challenging circumstances. Focusing on 3 core areas; working practices, making better use of data, and transforming business processes.

This is an opportunity to gain insight and share experiences and thoughts on how the Global COVID19 Pandemic has impacted Business Transformation.

2020 was a year like no other before it, and 2021 looks to be carrying on in the same way. The impact of the COVID19 pandemic has been felt acutely across all companies and public institutions around the world.

However, what is clear is that the way in which organisations have responded has varied. It is true that some sectors have been worse hit than others, but even in the toughest areas some organisations have got on the front foot and been proactive in their response.

The session will end with a Q&A and a members only forum. This is a great chance for you to share your thoughts and ideas with other Irish SAP users, ask questions and reconnect with UKISUG members all from the comfort of your own desk!

Please note this will be held on Microsoft Teams and the dial in details will be sent out 24 hours in advance.

Your UKISUG SIG Chair for Ireland is Philip Adams, Head of Group IT at Mercury Engineering where he is responsible for the full ICT portfolio including the implementation and global deployment of SAP across the Mercury Group.
