As 2021 embarks we find ourselves back in lockdown. Your organisation and employee workforce had to make many defining changes last year, some of those, such as remote working perhaps forced in advance of a future proposed timeframe. This combined with significant shift change in skills requirements for jobs and the aftermath of leaving the EU means continuing business agility is required to accept and adapt to these challenges with innovative, robust and comprehensive processes to ensure the suitability of the future workforce. Consideration is also needed now more than ever of employee wellbeing and experience due to the added mental strain on us all as human beings.
