This SIG has a very broad range of subject matter, covering the full Application and Development Lifecycle of your SAP solution. From End to End Solution scoping, implementation (including Testing), support, operations, maintenance and optimisation.
Join Rohan Parikh from BP who will present The ALM Journey.
Following an Icebreaker, we will chart our way through the options for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) available to you today. This opening session will summarise the options and provide some examples of how an organisation has selected them.
Philipe Vanbelle Bridgestone & Karin Verelst from SAP Belgium will be talking about SAP Focused Build – project experience.
A discussion on how Focused Build with SAP Solution Manager has been used for an implementation of SAP S/4HANA. Followed by sharing some of the lessons learned for a Focused Build approach.
Veera Mokka also from BP will share SAP Focused Insights.
A customer experience of insights developed from their dashboards that unify, aggregate and correlate metrics relating to their business application operations.
The session will end with Karl Benson from SAP talking about SAP Cloud ALM for implementation.
You may have seen SAP Cloud ALM as an option to support your cloud implementation projects but what is it in reality? This session will focus on the current implementation functionality available in SAP Cloud ALM, demo the application with a focus on S/4 HANA Cloud Projects and provide you with the first steps towards exploring SAP Cloud ALM for yourself with access to learnings, a demo tenant and more!
