Lesley Bowie from HP and Karen McLaughlin from Chelford will present to the group The Effectiveness of Virtual Classroom Training. Chelford have been working with HP over the last 8 years andmost recently have managed the Global Training team andproved training services by developing all of their trainingcourses from Management of Change through to Navigation and Transactional training. In addition, they have facilitated and managed training and provided evaluation reporting.
The HP SAP implementation is a global roll out of ECC5.0 to EMEA, Americas and APJ. The total end user audience exceeds 10,000 in over 80 countries worldwide. With such a large number over a geographic spread, HP took the decision to utilise Virtual Classroom functionality in order to reduce training costs without compromising on the quality of delivery.
Lesley will provide an overview of the HP Project and then share information on their training strategy, their reasoning behind using Virtual Classrooms for training; the benefits of this and the feedback from end users.

The value of bridging the gap between training effectiveness and reduced cost using the integrated virtual classroom will be discussed as well as an explanation of what practical steps existing customers can take to make the most of virtual learning within their organisations.
