Stephen Henly from SAP will present to the group Price Optimization and Promotions Planning
An introduction to the SAP Price Optimisation applications and how SAP can work with you identify potential benefits of price optimisation in your organisation plus a short overview of the new Promotions Management for Retail solution.

Tim Brown from GS1 will deliver the presentation Introducing GS1 DataBar. GS1 Databar is a new bar code that can deliver enhanced productidentification at retail point-of-sale (POS). It can be used on small or hard-to-mark consumer products that could not previously be identified by bar codes or to carry more information than the current GS1 retail POS bar codes allow. It is expected to become an open, global standard by 2014. This presentation will introduce GS1 DataBar, the reasons for its development, its benefits to retailers, and the steps taken to date, and the work still required, to ensure it is in use by 2014.

Tony Parker from Crossgate will present to the group Driving greater value from your Supply Chain. This presentation will position Crossgate's innovative solution for partnerintegration into SAP based supply chains. Crossgate will explain how customers can drive a much more flexible and cost effective way of managing, measuring and effecting change across their supplier base through an 'On-Demand B2B model'.
