Michael Johnson is a highly motivated IT professional with over 20 years experience in consultancy, commercial systems and technical roles. He has worked on a wide range of IT projects during his career and now specialises in Customer Experience process and solution implementation. He has experience in the capabilities offered by SAP in Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. In his current role at Deloitte he is working on SAP CX software implementations across Europe.
