Increasing efficiency and improving productivity in your plant maintenance is vital. Many customers are scrambling to understand what is available in the market and how to choose the best solution to achieve this goal.

Join us to hear directly from our customer Noureddine Benbellat, IT Project Leader for Saint-Gobain France. Noureddine will share details on his research and implementation journey, including the rationale for choosing a Mobile EAM solution, as well as learnings, insights, and results.

Saint-Gobain started by focusing on implementing SAP PM, once they had that, the biggest need for Saint-Gobain was to work more efficiently and save more time.

The problem was that they lost a lot of time by always printing all the papers and lists for the technicians and after that the shift manager had to distribute the papers to the technicians. This resulted in errors that caused production losses and breakdown.

This was the main requirement for Saint-Gobain to look for the right digital tool to make this very important maintenance activity more efficient and to save more time. The second main requirement was to have a digital tool that is connected to SAP.

Key takeaways:

  • The main objective for the company behind choosing a mobile maintenance solution
  • The implementation process of Saint-Gobain
  • Lessons learned
  • Results after implementation
