Donal O'Sullivan from Colgate will present the session Business Process Monitoring. Document Repository, Technical Monitoring, Business Monitoring. How Colgate uses the Solution Manager System to manage Globally.

There will be an Open Forum Discussion on Solution Manager. Following on from the previous presentation, this open discussion session will focus on the use of Solution Manager. SAP experts will be on hand to answer any questions.

Craig Dale will deliver a 2009 Conference Review and Enhancement Support Update.

Des McColgan from ESB will be joined by Martin Melarkey from SAP and will deliver a session on SAP Data Archiving Info. This will cover the various aspects of Data Archiving incorporating SAP Technical experience and Customer Experiences. Items will include: why is archiving required, what is required, what should be considered, what are the benefits and the possible issues.

There will also be an Open Forum which will allow for a Q&A session focussed on Archiving.
