Do any of these sound like you?
Feeling like an imposter at work and constantly fearing being ‘found out’ is not only exhausting, it can also make you feel lonely, stressed, and anxious. It can also mean you struggle to ever fully enjoy your work and achievements.
However, it does not always have to be this way. By increasing your awareness and making some focussed shifts, you can start to feel much better.
This presentation aims to firstly increase your understanding of imposter feelings and secondly to give you some simple strategies to help you begin to overcome them and feel more in control.
*Although this event has come from work with our Women in SAP community, we appreciate that imposter syndrome can affect anyone at any point. As we continue to strive for an inclusive environment, we are encouraging all of our members to join this session and gain some clarity around one of the biggest anxieties within the workplace.
