With a personal experience of stress burnout which led to depression, Simon will be looking at the causes and more importantly the support that is now in place.

We’ll also take a look at what to do during that awkward period between awareness and diagnosis. How to get help, whilst waiting for professional help. This is a great opportunity to think about your organisations own EAP (Employee Assistance Program) and to share stories of good practice.
