This meeting will focus on Training andwill kindly being sponsored by Balloon One.

Training Sessions:

Craig Powell from Balloon One will deliver the following sessions:

  • Reconciliations. An introduction to the 2007 tools for reconciliation. Reconciling the bank statement, GL accounts and business partners. The new handling of partial payments and historical aged debtors.
  • Queries in SAP Business One. Using the powerful query tools within SAP Business One to generate quick reports. Understand how to find out which tables and fields to query and how to embed queries into alerts, user defined values (formatted searches) and approval procedures.
  • Authorisations & Security. This will give an overview of the security concepts in SAP Business One including Authorisations, Data Ownership, SQL security and licensing.

Technical Session:

Adam Pedersen and Joel Harris from SAP will present SAP Business one 8.8 - The worlds local small business solution. Join them as they explore the latest release of SAP Business One and journey through the new features looking at everything from archiving to Crystal Reports. Discover how this latest release benefits your business from increased global coverage to enhanced business processes.

Members Sessions:

Martin Lewis, Business One SIG Chair, will deliver a Customer Satisfaction Council Update.

There will also be a Members Corner Q & A session.

Craig Dale from the SAP User Group will give a 2009 Conference Review.
