THIS EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE IN PERSON

E-Government Initiatives

There are increasing numbers of electronic regulatory requirements imposing demands on primarily a company’s finance teams. Examples include e-invoicing, e-filing for tax and e-compliance reporting. In this session Paul Huston (Princes Limited) and Geoff Morgan (Shell International) will provide examples of how these are being addressed in their organisations, followed by an interactive discussion on what is on the horizon.

An increasing number of tax authorities are exploring the advantages of a fully digitalised invoicing and reporting system. SAP wants to help you navigate this in a smooth and seamless manner with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance. SAP Document and Reporting Compliance not only helps to manage e-invoicing, real-time reporting and statutory reporting worldwide, but it also gives the opportunity to create your own content and automate processes globally while being locally compliant.

In this session, you will learn how SAP Document and Reporting Compliance can help to:

  • Comply locally with e-document and reporting requirements with processes standardised globally
  • Transform and digitalise the end-to-end compliance process
  • Provide transparency on compliance status and fulfil audit trail requirements
  • Reduce costs of localisation

It will include a short demo.

The SAP Financial Excellence User Group aims to provide an opportunity for SAP Financial and IT users who use and support Finance and BPC modules. This is an opportunity to get connected and share our experiences, best practices and knowledge gained. It provides an open, collaborative forum for the networking, learning and discussions /exchange of ideas around Finance and BPC modules.
