THIS EVENT WILL BE HOSTED BY MITCHELLS & BUTLERS IN CENTRAL BIRMINGHAM
Our UK Payroll Special Interest Group (SIG) is one of our best supported and best attended of all of the SIGs. The high level of interest reflects both the degree of custom complexity in processing payrolls and the constant changes in UK payroll legislation.
We will start the day with Tony Moran sharing ''Mitchells & Butlers: Our SAP HCM Journey'', in which he will cover the challenges they have encountered along the way and the solutions Mitchells & Butlers have put in place to make the journey more comfortable!
Natasha Robinson from SAP will deliver a Legal Update which takes customers through any legal changes being delivered in the software.
With global economic pressures bearing down on organisations, it's more important than ever to find ways to save costs and be innovative in delivering value to your business. The SAP payroll system has been a reliable component of ERP systems for 40 years, but figuring out what to do with it when transitioning to the cloud can be challenging. In this session, we'll share lessons learned from many organisations about the best ways to approach payroll modernisation.
During the session, Jessica Keartland and Natasha Mowatt will explore available options for modernising your payroll for the future. Jessica will discuss the functional impact of optimising your existing payroll when you move to the cloud, while Natasha will share information about the PRISM migration solution, which offers a low-risk, low-cost way to move to Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition (PCE).
The session will include case studies highlighting the following areas:
Using EPI-USE Labs PRISM readiness report and pre-flight analysis to identify and mitigate project risks.
By attending this session, you'll gain valuable insights into how to modernise your payroll system for the future while minimising risks and costs. Join us to learn from real-world examples and discover new approaches that can benefit your organisation.
At the end of the event, there will be a facilitated Q&A session with Natasha where she will be answering pre-submitted questions from attendees. This is the perfect opportunity for you to ask our SAP experts any questions you have about our Payroll SIG or the topics that will be discussed. So don’t miss out, contact [email protected] no later than Wednesday 14th June with any questions you have. Any questions raised after the deadline will be prioritised to be answered at the next event.
As this is a Partner sponsored event, there may be some restriction on which members can attend. This means that even if your initial booking is accepted, we may contact you to cancel your booking.
